That being said, it’s not easy to jump back into the shape women had before, especially while balancing a baby on one arm and life on the other.

Herein comes the Mummy Makeover.

As beautiful as pregnancy is, it does affect the breasts, the tummy, and the waist area, hence why the makeover consists of 3 main surgeries that women can choose from depending on the area they want to enhance, while boosting their self-esteem.

Commonly known as a “boob job” surgery is usually performed to:

  • Restore or increase breast volume
  • Achieve breast size symmetry
  • Enhance the shape of the breasts

Surgeons usually rely on breast implant or fat transfer depending on each specific case and on the desired outcome to be achieved.  For more on this

Breast Uplift

A breast lift procedure removes the excess skin and then tightens the surrounding skin tissue to reshape, support the new contour, and flaunt a more natural youthful shape.

Abdominoplasty or Tummy Tuck

The “Tummy Tuck” also known as Abdominoplasty is a surgical procedure that flattens the abdomen by removing fat deposits and excess skin while tightening the abdomen’s muscles.

There are two types of “Tummy Tuck” surgeries, the first is the general one that removes a larger amount of fat while the mini or “partial” procedure removes excess skin deposits and fat in the lower abdomen or the “pooch”.
